Are you ready to take full ownership of a major Transport & Logistics operation?
We are seeking an exceptional senior Transport & Logistics Executive to lead a large, nationwide operation — managing both the internal fleet and third-party transport partners for a nationwide FMCG Company.
This is not simply a fleet management role.
We need a commercially astute leader who can run Transport & Logistics as a business unit — with accountability for:
- Operational performance & service delivery
- Fleet utilisation & productivity
- Cost control & profitability
- Nationwide logistics & distribution
- Third-party contractor performance
- People, systems & continuous improvement
You will be a proven senior transport/logistics professional with substantial experience managing large and complex operations.
You will combine strong operational expertise with commercial acumen, excellent leadership capability and the confidence to challenge, improve and drive performance.
We are looking for a leader who thinks like a business executive — not simply a Transport Manager.
