Our client specializes in the construction and project management business.
They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of tender documents.
- Preparation of project cost estimation.
- Preparation of BoQs.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Preparation of interim valuations.
- Preparation of final accounts.
- Preparing programme of works.
- Assist with project cost estimates & cost control.
- Advising on the cost progress of works.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Managements of subcontractors’ contract agreements.
- Payment of subcontractors.
- Project progress reports.
- Assist in SHEQ issues on site.
- Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc Quantity surveying.
- Minimum of 3yrs Experience.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, practices, and techniques.
- Be highly computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Project included) and appropriate software eg AUTOCAD.
- Have a clean Class 4 driver’s license.
