This role is not based in Harare. It is a highly recognised role in the business sector recommended for a senior practitioner preferably from a ZSE Listed or large corporate office.
This senior role reports to the Managing Director and is part of his senior executive team.

You are expected to ensure compliance with good corporate governance practices are implemented and maintained to high standards.
Manage all legal services, risk and compliance matters at senior level.
Provide company secretarial support services to HQ and group of companies, ensuring legislative and regulatory compliance and good corporate governance practices.
Your skill is required to ensure strict adherence to corporate governance, legal compliance, SHE compliance and other legal operation issues are handled to a successful conclusion.
