Your role as the Group Chief Executive Officer is pivotal. You will be expected to provide clear and sound leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the group company operation has the correct controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems to effectively grow the organisation and achieve financial strength and operating efficiency. You are the core driver from Head Office in SBU leadership, controlling the internal operational activities of the various Group Operations in accordance with the strategy, policies, goals, and objectives established by the Stakeholders and the Board of Directors.  

This role requires a person with substantial managerial skills, grit capability, and strategic managerial ability to enhance the fortunes and future expansion plans across a wide range of established and new SBUs. You must be profit-driven, with a robust commercial flair and a proven ability to develop new business and enhance close relationships with key clients across the business sector. You must be flexible and able to multitask, work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment while driving forward clarity and solutions, and demonstrate resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.  

You must be a public-oriented corporate leader with integrity and above reproach, with notable deliverables measured in your career. Naturally, you shall be well qualified with a relevant degree and post-qualifying qualifications such as MB/MBL or similar. Experience in developing, planning, and executing successful business strategies with in-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance, and performance management principles is desired.
