A leading mining operation in the gold sector is seeking an experienced Crusher Foreman to manage its crushing circuit.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant crushing experience
- Proven experience with jaw and cone crushers
- Previous experience at Foreman/Supervisor level
- Strong hands-on mechanical and fault-finding ability
- Ability to diagnose, maintain and repair crushers with minimal reliance on Engineering
- Experience leading a crushing crew and achieving safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations
- Good understanding of crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated equipment
- A relevant mechanical/mining qualification or trade qualification will be advantageous.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced crusher specialist who can keep the plant running safely and efficiently.
