- Experience within Banking, Manufacturing, Technology, Mining, or similar corporate sectors
- Well-established relationships with key decision-makers and business leaders in Bulawayo and the Southern Region
- Demonstrated success in managing large teams and delivering sustainable revenue growth
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and executive leadership capabilities
- A degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA advantageous)
