Our client seeks a seasoned executive from the NGO or Private Sector capable of handling and managing various grant funds awarded for projects under strict control and compliance set out by international Donors. You shall be part of the top leadership team leading the administration, general operations and financial department with a requirement to manage large guaranteed funded projects.
Our client requires a highly accomplished and results-driven Finance leadership Head with over 10 years of progressive experience, including 5 years in senior finance management roles within the private or international NGO and public sector environments. You should hold a recognised qualification – CA/CIMA/ACCA or similar. Proven expertise in overseeing and managing all aspects of financial operations, with a strong focus on financial reporting, working capital management, and ensuring robust financial health. Adept at leading and mentoring finance teams, ensuring strict compliance with IFRS and local regulations, identifying cost and procurement efficiencies, and mitigating financial risks. Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to drive financial performance and provide strategic oversight across finance and administration is required.
This is a challenging and demanding role based at Head Office.
The company rewards on a total cost of employment system. Salary 8 – 10k gross pm – There is no car or school fees paid.
