Our client in the Construction industry is urgently looking to fill the above position.
Only applicants with Structural, and industrial concrete experience will be considered!
MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To supervise, control, monitor, and coordinate a production team in the efficient execution of construction activities according to the site productivity targets, specifications, and milestones. Reports to the Site Manager.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To meet or exceed the site production outputs, to specification.
Ensure production team compliance:
- SHEQ
- IR
Continually plan, monitor, analyze, and evaluate operational performance, processes, and resources (subcontractors, plant, formwork/equipment, labor, materials) in order to meet and exceed production requirements.
People manage the production team.

- Discipline
Continually provide the site management with information and advice on improving productivity and reducing operational risk.
Provide solutions to site-based technical, operational, and constructability issues.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- NQ4 qualification in Civil Construction
- Intricate knowledge and experience in the heavy structural Civil construction products industry.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a supervisory role on construction sites.
