You are expected to lead from the front and work with a team across the sales and marketing function. We seek strong leadership skills with a proven sales track record in the FMCG Sector at senior level only. The business operates some franchise agreements with other blue chip fast foods outlets. You must have demonstrated competence in designing and creating strategically positioned business units, improving customer service by managing the deployment of innovative and relationship building strategies. A skilled leader with extensive experience in rapid and sustained growth of fast-paced, high pressure service operations, managing personnel, building and maintaining client base through high quality service delivery at strategic level is required. You must retain the ability to enhance and integrate business processes and systems to optimise efficiency and maximise profitability. Experience in developing and maintaining systems and controlling of business units at all levels is part of this challenging role. A combination of retail sales and brand marketing experience is required
Excellent communication skills are required to attract and retain high profile clientele portfolio.
A self-starter with a high regard for business conduct and good corporate governance skills at board level is a key factor of person wanted.
You background in marketing from a recognised brand is required. You are expected to travel.
