The Regional Chief Finance Officer is Harare based and takes on the leadership role in financial decision-making that affects the regional finances and strategic financial input and reports to the Regional Chief Operating Officer.
This strategic and challenging position plays a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of operations in the region. The Regional Chief Finance Officer will also be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and running all the finance activities for Southern Africa and includes financial reporting, internal financial controls, business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. You must retain advance knowledge and skill in general accounting and reporting, internal controls, and tax matters.
This is an important strategic management role and leads the Financial Heads across the region.
You should be a Chartered Accountant with leadership experience at CFO or Head of Finance level from a respected and well-known organisation.
Ideally you should be between 35 – 45 years of age.
