Document Specialist – female
A leading gold mining company seeks to employ a vibrant candidate for the above-mentioned position. The position is based at Head Office in Harare.
Qualification and Experience:
- Diploma or certificate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or similar field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office program
- Proficient typing skills
- Data organization and storage knowledge
- Very detail oriented
- Ability to analyze data and come to conclusions
- Can work independently without much guidance
- Ability to communicate with team
- 2 years’ experience as a document controller.
WORK OUTPUT DESCRIPTION
Core work outputs:
- Implementation and Compliant to the company’s document control procedure
- Ensure that all project documents are up to date
- Conduct audits to ensure documents are being followed
- Train employees on how to use and access the documents
- Develop procedures so that they are standardized
- Evaluate and validate all documents to enable document control
- Ensure adherence to established operating procedures during documents submission.
- Assist the project team in the planning, execution and document control during the project phase.
