Payroll Administrator – Bulawayo

Our Client in the Manufacturing Sector is looking for a Payroll Administrator urgently.

 

 

Purpose of the Job;

 

  • Monthly remuneration to employees
  • Monthly reporting and ad hoc reporting as required
  • Monthly returns to third parties
  • Annual FDS return to ZIMRA
  • Monthly processing of payroll journals
  • Satisfied users and resolved queries
  • Successful payroll projects
  • Acceptable audit reviews, no repeat findings
  • Monthly preparation of round reconciliation

 

Special Requirements

  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills at all levels of the organisation
  • Must display a high level of integrity
  • Good customer relations
  • Data Analysis skills

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • The Payroll Administratoris expected to have a degree in either Finance or IT
  • At least 2 years’ experience in running a payroll
  • Good Microsoft skills
  • SAP knowledge is a must!
