Our Client in the Manufacturing Sector is looking for a Payroll Administrator urgently.
Purpose of the Job;
- Monthly remuneration to employees
- Monthly reporting and ad hoc reporting as required
- Monthly returns to third parties
- Annual FDS return to ZIMRA
- Monthly processing of payroll journals
- Satisfied users and resolved queries
- Successful payroll projects
- Acceptable audit reviews, no repeat findings
- Monthly preparation of round reconciliation
Special Requirements
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills at all levels of the organisation
- Must display a high level of integrity
- Good customer relations
- Data Analysis skills
Qualifications & Experience
- The Payroll Administratoris expected to have a degree in either Finance or IT
- At least 2 years’ experience in running a payroll
- Good Microsoft skills
- SAP knowledge is a must!
