The role is only open to business leaders with a significant career experience in corporate governance, risk management, legal and financial management.
To be considered for these roles, it’s imperative that you currently hold or past an allied NED position in a respected ZSE Listed or private company well known.

The NED board is very proactive and adds significant value to the success of its trade.
You must be in a work position to offer the time and effort required whereby your current and past fiduciary duty requirement has remained unquestionable across your business career. We seek persons with a vast understanding of Zimbabwe’s business climate and trade conditions over many years.
Your private or publicly known career must be exemplary with the references to match.
This role requires dedicated persons dedicated to meeting their constant extensive work requirements behind the scenes before board meetings to manage the NED requirement of the group effectively.
