The current MD seeks to make way for a younger leader to assume control of the overall operation to lead their expected growth plan. New Shareholder investment has been assured. The group retains exceptional skills across heads of departments, although future recruitment is expected to streamline the operation to assist with its new strategy and transformation plan. Our client seeks to search for an applicant from the manufacturing, engineering, or technical services sector. You must have achieved senior status in a blue chip and recognised business, preferably at the Director level. A career background in manufacturing and production is a critical attribute of the person required. We seek an applicant between the ages of 35 – 45, maximum, to fit in with the current management structure. You must have demonstrated a career of choice and be highly motivated as a professional. Significant work ahead to improve manufacturing and production methods shall be required. A proven leadership career track record is also wanted.
