You must offer a firm business and generalist background, not constricted to the agriculture sector, although this direct experience would be a distinct advantage. Ideally, it would be best if you were well-known across the business sector, with an impeccable career track record, and crucially ready to embrace and attack the challenge of this demanding operation head-on. This role would suit a business leader currently at the helm or an executive prepared to assume a leadership role of significance. It would also attract a senior executive in Zimbabwe or beyond, , looking for the right career opportunity and wishing to contribute and build a national asset. Your passion and ardent desire for community development by uplifting people through business methods is a crucial driver wanted.
