Qualifications and Experience
- Degree: Bachelor of Commerce Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- IPMZ Membership
- 3 years’ experience
- Knowledge of Performance management systems, Job evaluation systems, Oracle Fusion HCM, MS Office
