Our client is a leading Mining Company with various operations across Zimbabwe.
We seek a young dynamic HR Practitioner well educated and skilled to handle all HR and Administrative matters under the guidance of the Group HR Executive based at Head Office. The role reports to the General Manager on a daily basis and offers guidance and leadership across HR. You must retain relevant HR Mining Sector experience with good industrial relations experience to ensure the smooth running of the Mine site exits. You must have the ability and skill to implement a high standard of well executed HR policies and procedures. The role is very demanding and is based at the Mine which operates 24/7 shifts.
This position rewards in USD at a good level.
