The role is a significant management position based at Head Office.
The company employs over 500 personnel.

You are expected to be hands on as the HR team is small competent and effective. The role requires the successful person to manage the HR functions in their established operations, which are on a growth path and undergoing a change management program. Previous Head HR work experience would be a distinct advantage. Please note the position requires the person to be a maximum age of 45 years. You should be well qualified with appropriate degree/MBA or alike. The choice of person shall also be based on personality and a fit in to the existing EXCO team. You must be an exceptional HR generalist with experience across all the functions required which makes a company successful. The successful person must have trained and worked in organisations which enhances and embraces the HR function as a priority. Your broad skill must encompass with emphasis of a strong commercial understanding of business. Your current and former experience and skills in and with change management programs and organisational effectiveness and ability is also desired.

- Remuneration philosophy, structures, and practices,
- Industrial Relations, welfare, labour legislation and conflict matter,
- Capability/capacity building at all levels,
- Management of Pension Funds, Medical Aid, Share and Bonus schemes.
- Talent Management, People Development, Coaching, Mentoring, Performance Management,
- Managing Change/Transformation, Succession Planning
- Recruitment – all level is required and an ability to deal with multiple issues.
