The role reports to the Country Head and is responsible for the entire HR Function.
You shall be assisted by an HR Assistant.
The role is based at their Head Office.
You are expected to work closely with the Country Head and provide guidance and assistance with all HR matters.
The NGO is a medium sized operation. It requires a savvy hands-on HR Generalist with significant skills in management, with a good understanding of managing a department under the NGO sector.
You must hold a relevant Human Resources or Business Management qualification with 3 – 5 years’ experience.

The role is offered on a renewable contract basis. The salary is offered in USD.
