Our client is a significant player in the production of high-tech security printing which is specialised in its nature.
The role of Production Head requires a savvy technical person capable of managing the high-tech laser system to meet demand of various print products for specialised clients.
A solid production management background is required
- Your skill is required in ensuring production targets are met via forecasts and within given time frames and limits.
- Lead a small staff to ensure the administrative and print flow is achieved.
- Lead the shipping team for supplies required
- Setting up training needs and planning
- Improvement on safety and production volume through SHEQ systems
- Anticipate future needs an establish objectives by delegation and task management.
- Ensure the quality of production and dispatch of printed products remain world standard.
- Work with clients as required.
- Offer solutions to print modifications as required.
- Report on production volume and improvement
- Manage maintenance program and systems development to minimise production down time
- Other duties as required by Head of Business
