Our client seeks to appoint the Head of Human Resources for their Head Office.
This is an exciting and newly created role to join the management executive team.
The successful person shall lead the HR function with excellent support across the department.
The role reports to the Managing Director and works closely with other Heads of Department.
The duties at an Exco level include:
- HR Policy & Strategy formulation.
- Training and Human Resources Development.
- Talent Management.
- Recruitment and selection of key staff.
- Manpower planning and development
- Compensation and reward management.
- Industrial Relations Management.
- Change agent.
- Health and Safety management.
- Performance management.
