Group Training and Industrial Relations Manager – FMCG Sector – Factory based

This joint position requires a mature training practitioner as a first career choice with knowledge of Industrial relations experience reporting to the Group HR Head. 

Develop and oversee group training and development programs.

Perform training needs assessments, performance reviews, personal development plans, and competency matrices.

Create and develop training materials tailored to meet the specific talent development needs of the organization.

Facilitate and manage the delivery of training programs, covering both technical skills and soft skills for employees.

Provision of administrative support for all training activities including generation of reports on training activities, training evaluation, training costs management and training records. 

  • Oversee the graduate and apprentices training programs.
  • Manage graduate training programs. and employee welfare programs and benefits.
  • Coordinate employee wellness initiatives and implement related policies.
  • Oversee employee and industrial relations employee administration of grievance handling, disciplinary hearings, guidance, and counselling
  • Implementation of strategies that promote good work relationships between employers and employees. 

Candidate should be established as a Training Manager with the appropriate qualifications to assume this position.
