The Group IT Manager shall play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the IT needs and resources across the organization with multiple locations and business units.
The role reports and works closely with the Chief Information Officer.
The Group IT Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the IT operations and strategies across the entire organisation.
This role involves overseeing IT infrastructure, ensuring the security and reliability of IT systems, and aligning IT initiatives with the company’s business goals.
The Group IT Manager will lead a team of IT professionals, manage budgets, and develop policies to support the organization’s technology needs.
This role requires person to ensure the strategic It planning requirements are managed which include IT governance, infrastructure management, cyber security, and team leader and development.
This role will suit a person with visionary abilities who stays up to date with emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation within an organization. You must continuously assess and improve IT systems, processes, and policies whereby the promote and the adoption of new technologies that enhance business operations and drive digital transformation is welcomed.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems management.

- Experience in managing large-scale IT projects and teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
- Certification in IT management (e.g., ITIL, PMP) is a plus.
