Our client a well-known group with divisional operations seek to appoint a Group Human Resources Executive to be part of the EXCO Team.

The role is offered to a seasoned practitioner who has served 15 – 20 years in the HR field offering an impeccable record as an HR leader in any sector.
You should ideally be over 35 years of age and hold recognised qualifications with training and background from a recognised brand.
You should be knowledgeable of the demands required of this newly created role to support the group. You should have operated at HRBP or similar level preferable in a group of companies. The group employs approximately 400 personnel who are professionally trained in their chosen professions.
The role is supported by HR Officers in the divisions. This is a hands-on role and although delegation of duties is expected you must be capable of providing service with reports and information required to assist the Group CEO and Executives.

Your duties shall include
- Execution of HR strategy with all policies and procedures
- Performance and talent management
- Employee and Industrial Relations management
- Talent acquisition and graduate training programs
- Advisee Divisional Executive in the delivery of HR services and resolve management
- Legal compliance in conjunction with Head of Legal
- Employee welfare and administration
- Coordinate employee wellness initiatives and policies
- Training and development schemes
- Market and dashboard information services for Exco Team
- Other duties as required across the HR function
