Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the position of General Manager.
You are expected to lead the team across all divisions with a passion for the motor trade.
You shall be expected to drive the sales and after sales service for the products offered.
Other duties include:
- Develop and monitor Marketing and sales plan and strategies.
- Develop and monitor Aftersales plans and strategy.
- Customer satisfaction monitoring and action plans.
- Analysis and monitoring of financial performance.
- Maintain vehicle and parts pricing structures.
- Manage Human Resources and overheads.
- Implement and maintain Brand standards.
- Monitor IT support and requirements.
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures.
- Approve and monitor new vehicle and part orders.
- Make sure the company complies with the required corporate governance.
- Participate and manage control meetings to be held weekly or monthly.
- Identify new business opportunities to improve sales.
- Ensure optimal staff performance through effective supervision, a balanced training programme, motivation through good working environment and rewards for performance.
- Perform and monitor operational task related to general orders, company banking, company vehicle fleet, check sheets and any other operational requirements.
Applicants for this role should currently hold a Dealership Principal or GM level in the motor trade.
