General Manager – Mining Operation – Mine Based – Senior Executive

The mine employs over 500 people and retains excellent management skills with heads of departments across all disciplines to achieve target mineral output as required – The role reports to the CEO at Head Office in Harare.

The mine operates underground and open pit.

You are expected to show hands on leadership and good management ability to ensure the mine operation runs efficiently as a significant contributor of precious metal for world markets.

You must have achieved senior status in your career to date. We are looking for the best skill available.

1. BSc Degree- Mining Eng, Mech Eng, Metallurgical Eng, Geology
2. MBA/MBL as an added advantage
3. 15 years working experience
