Our client specializes in the manufacture of cordials and skin care products such as petroleum jelly and hand and body lotions. As a business with over 50 years of experience, they are the leading supplier of cordials and skin care products in the Zimbabwean market. We seek strong leadership with a proven sales track record in the FMCG Sector at the senior level only.
This demanding role is supported by a competent sales team covering the Country.
Person – needs to be commercially and streetwise astute – capable of developing new markets and improving upon established relationships with client base.
Should have experience in the formal and understand the informal trade markets.
You are also expected to drive and increase sales-supported activities.
Must have demonstrated competence in designing and creating strategically positioned business units, improving customer service by managing innovative and relationship-building strategies.
A skilled leader with extensive experience in the rapid and sustained growth of fast-paced, high-pressure service operations, operating personnel, building and maintaining a client base through high-quality service delivery at a strategic level is required.
A combination of sales and brand marketing experience is required.
A good knowledge of merchandising procedures and data analysis of customer trends to plan is essential for the role.
A self-starter with high regard for business conduct and good corporate governance.
Should have a good understanding of finance!
