Ideally, you should have experience in Bakery factory, operations and sales.
The factory only bakes fancy breads and confectionery for a niche market and clientele
- You should retain experience in the food industry experience (preferably baking)
- Have good interpersonal skills with a great networking ability
- At least 5 –
10 years’ experience in the food industry with the ability to manage 15 – 25 staff and 24hours day/night shift
You are expected to work closely with the owner.
