The Group Chief Executive Officer would like to engage the services of a fully competent Executive Assistant who meets the qualifications, experience and performance criteria outlined below:

Main Purpose of The Job

To support the GCE in leadership provision by significantly cutting the GCE’s decision making processes through receiving, reviewing, consolidating and synthesizing reports from various senior business executives who are mainly Business Unit and Functional Leaders – for the GCE to determine, decide matters and give swift feedback to the said executives. The sound rapport the role needs to create with both internal and external stakeholders make interpersonal skills a must.

 The role is the link between management operations and the Group CEO.

 Qualifications

A holder of a commercial/business degree. A relevant and practical Master of Business Administration Degree is required 

Experience

The ideal candidate will hold no less than seven years’ experience at business/commercial Management Level. The following aspects of experience are critical:

a) Business leadership in annual strategy formulation, implementation and review;

b) Strong business analytical skills – highly developed skills in the ability to read – interpret – prepare business plans across operation and management implementation.

d) Advanced spreadsheets knowledge and sound digital skills are a must.
