The Director – Principal Head of Beira International School, founded in 1997, is responsible for providing strategic leadership and ensuring the effective management of the school.
The successful person will oversee the implementation of the Cambridge International curriculum, promote academic excellence, and create a positive learning environment for students.
You shall also collaborate with staff, parents, and the wider community to foster a culture of continuous improvement and student success.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be considered for the position of Director – Principal Head in a Cambridge International Primary and Secondary School, the following qualifications and experience are typically required:
Education and Qualifications
- A Degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Must have a teaching qualification.
- Qualification in advanced courses in educational leadership is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge International curriculum and assessment frameworks is highly desirable.
Experience:
- Experience in a top-tier, premium school running the Cambridge International curriculum is highly preferred.
- Experience in leading and managing a diverse team of teachers and staff at a senior level in previous roles.
Responsibilities:

- Financial and Administration Management
