Our client operates in the FMCG sector and has been established for many years – currently is looking for a talented person of integrity to take up the challenging and interesting position of Digital Media & E-Commerce Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities;

  • Manage the organization’s digital media pages, including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop, implement and monitor company’s e-commerce strategies.
  • Leverage sales through marketing the Money Wave card concept
  • Maintain and develop the corporate websites in close liaison with the Marketing and IT Departments in coordinating of promotional activities.
  • Manage E-store merchandising, pricing and discounts.
  • Create online promotions to generate excitement and interest in current and new products.
  • Coordinate Online customer acquisition and online customer retention efforts.
  • Collect and load data on promotions, products, prices and presentations.
  • Transfer transactional data from website to the e-mail marketing tool.
  • Play a key role in e-commerce and digital production.
  • Maintain deep understanding of industry and competitor activities and new digital strategies and tools.

Qualifications, skills and Experience;

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Marketing or relevant field.
  • IT related experience will be an added advantage.
  • At least one year Graphic Design experience.
  • At least one year experience in an E-Commerce Marketing environment.
