- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s Stakeholder Engagement Framework and Stakeholder Engagement Plan to support business objectives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to build direct and effective relationships with key stakeholders to protect and enhance the company’s reputation and promote business and network education via high quality information.
- Advocate for appropriate systems, processes, and technology to deliver and maintain an internal stakeholder accountability for relevant relationships across sectors.

Leadership qualities, with a demonstrated superior educational background with qualifications is a given requirement. Impeccable, post qualifying business management experience in chosen profession is desired preferably with a ZSE listed company , corporate or respected private sector employer. Executive management status with 10 to 15 years relevant experience including broader business management experience is required. A high degree of diplomatic skills with strong ability to operate within high levels of business complexity.
