The role of Company Secretary reports to the Managing Director and is offered on a 2-year renewable contract.
Applicants should be a qualified Legal Practitioner, preferably with ZSE Listed administrative legal requirement knowledge, although flexibility is offered for the right person.
The leadership team is young and therefore a person under 40 years of age wanted to join the Head Office.
You must have interest in Human Resource Management, as you shall be expected to handle this division, with other duties in company secretarial, treasury management and general legal advice to management. Some legal work is outsourced as required.
