You must hold a relevant LLB (corporate law)/BCOM (Law)/LB Zimbabwean qualification, preferably between the age of 30 – 40 years of age to join their younger management team.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful person will lead a small team at head office.
You should retain knowledge of the company secretarial and board procedures required for a ZSE Listed Company or alike.
You shall be responsible for all the company secretarial duties and any legal case matter which arises.
Any litigation shall be handled by their external legal representative as required
Daily operational legal matters, including the review of client contracts and services provided by the company shall be under your control and advice.
You must retain a keen interest in the human resources and management field of the required HR policies and procedures assigned to this department.
This shall also include payroll and disciplinary management of its employees.
An Assistant in HR and the Legal department separately is provided.
This role is hands on and demanding as a new share service system and it offers an exciting opportunity for the right person.
The role offers a good USD salary – car allowance only – fuel allowance and medical aid.
