Our client operates in a strategic sector of the economy and is a leading player.
The role of Company Lawyer shall assist the Chief Executive Officer with typical legal trade and company secretarial matters with business acumen ability to ensure the smooth operation of the company is achieved. It is a senior role based at head office.
- Qualification and Experience
LLB Degree – MBA/MBL or similar - 8 – 10 years legal experience in corporate establishment.
The role shall cover legal and administrative matters across:
- Corporate services,
- Advisory,
- Risk and Governance,
- Litigation, Labour,
- Regulatory Compliance,
- Suppliers and Contract negotiation.
- Other trade matters.
You must have senior experience and already hold a senior role which encompasses the above list.
This role is not ideal for a person seeking promotion from a junior level.
