Our client seeks to appoint a Commercial Executive in a clinical laboratory business – to identify commercial opportunities and grow the revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Set stretching revenue targets for the company and implements plans and strategies to ensure the achievement of the targets.
- Designs stretching targets for the business development team and manages the team to ensure each member meets their set targets.
- Provides leadership in business development and product portfolio extension or reduction to meet profitability targets.
- Identifies new business opportunities in the market and develops them into tangible results.
- Takes full responsibility for the Clinical Laboratories’ business growth and revenue generation.
- Prepares financial budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develops and maintains productive business relations with the organization’s partners, service provider networks, and key stakeholders at all times to build long-term value, retention, and growth opportunities for the business.
- Formulates and implements the public relations, branding, and customer service strategy that will portray a good image of the company at all times and enhance customer service standards.
- Reviews and approves all contracting and binding documents and transactions before execution.
- Supervises and develops all staff in the Clinical Laboratories.
Qualification, Experience, and Skill:
- Degree in Medicine and be a practicing Medical Doctor
- Experience in managing a medical laboratory and a good network in the medical field locally.
- An MBA or any post-Graduate Degree in Business
- Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- A Class 4 driver’s license.
