Our client in the Telecoms sector currently is looking for a talented person to take up the challenging and interesting position of Cloud Solutions Specialist to work with their Sales team.
The role:
- To manage and provide pre-sales, technical, product, and project management support for the Cloud Solutions portfolio.
- To take the technical lead for the successful delivery of cloud solutions for customers as well as coordinate after-sales support efforts to retain customers.
- To manage and grow the solutions sales specialist and architecture team.
- Supports sales teams and channel partners to have thorough cloud product knowledge to enable successful customer acquisition.
- Provides subject-matter expertise for cloud services to customers, sales, products, and cloud implementation teams.
Accountable for:
- Implementation of customer cloud-based infrastructure.
- Managing Solution Sales and Architecture team to meet prescribed Sales revenue targets.
- Customer success with the cloud solutions
- Market research into new solutions required for customer business problems
- Commercial teams and the rest of the organization’s cloud product knowledge
Qualification, Experience & Skills
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Industry Specific Certifications i.e. MS, Netskope, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services etc.
- Relevant experience
- Experience in cloud services, telecoms industry, software, or other related industries.
- Experience in requirements elicitation and solution design
- Strong technical knowledge in diverse computer science fields.
- Strong proficiency in all the cloud services such as those offered by Microsoft, Google and Amazon including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player, a logical and pragmatic problem solver.
- Willing to go beyond the call of duty in ensuring exceptional service provision
