A private medical healthcare service provider with support from corporate operation seeks to appoint a Chief Operating Officer.
The role works closely with the Head Medical in running the operations from an administrative – marketing and operational aspect. You shall be supported by a strong team across other line management functions.
The Head of Medical shall be responsible for the medical team which handles patients and medical matters. In liaison you are expected to work side for side for the benefits of the medical centre.
Working together the COO is expected to create an efficient daily operation and open up other financial streams of income via various initiatives to be offered to clients and the public.
The medical centre is highly geared to meeting all the medical and physician requirements and wellbeing services to patients under one centre.
The” one stop shop” medical concept is relatively new in Zimbabwe. It offers exciting potential for growth by offering associated and ancillary services and products to clients and patients.
This role would suit a candidate already in a senior HOD role in marketing and operations in the services sector or alike.
Previous operational or marketing experience across medical services sector would be a distinct advantage.
You must be confident your skill and experience aligned to handling efficient operational management systems and services for profit.
You shall be expected to launch and handle marketing functions for the medical centre.
Naturally, you shall be well qualified in marketing and business leadership management as you work side by side with highly qualified medical personnel.
