Our client is a successful manufacturer of well-known consumer products as leaders within their industry.
The role of CEO reports the Chairman and Board of Directors and other Stakeholders.
The successful candidate shall oversee and implement the strategic direction of the company and factory plant operation.
The CEO, an Exco member of the Board, and shall be responsible for ensuring that production and sale targets are met as efficiently and effectively as possible and to execute the development and strategic objectives of the company.
We seek a high-flyer, transformation leader whose career has driven brands to a superior status in the local market and can take credit for this massive achievement, due to their initiatives and business leadership acumen. Competition in this sector is significant and therefore you should be a creative leader with ability to offer solutions in an ever-changing and evolving business trade environment. The company is profitable and looks forward to the future as a trusted brand player.
The successful candidate should possess a relevant Degree and professional qualification, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or technical skill with MBA/MBL/MSc or equivalent, an added advantage with several years at an executive level. This role would suit a person already operating at an Exco level.
