Key Responsibilities

  • Category and brand portfolio management.
  • Idea generation and Innovation.
  • Preparing and implementing annual brand operational plans and effective brand communication with external and internal clients.
  • Developing and ensuring correct use of the marketing tool kit to safeguard brand presentation consistency.
  • Developing new markets, products, services and their delivery to customers.
  • Working closely with Research companies and Advertising agencies.
  • Facilitating efficient resolution of customer service issues.
  • Conceptualizing and implementing launches and PR events

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Marketing or Business Studies degree.
  • IMM will be an added advantage
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in the marketing field.
  • Good management skills.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and in particular customers.
  • Proven record of innovation.

Salary $60,000 ZWL plus benefits
