This role would suit a higher talented young HR metrics/analyst Practitioner with ability to deliver the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Responsible for activities of driving best practice initiatives across the Company, resulting in an efficient and productive workplace.
You should have 1 – 2 years commercial sector experience preferably in a blue-chip company utilizing up to date HR analytical/data/metric products.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Assist the GHRM strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and promote more efficient and beneficial work from employees across the Company,
- Skills profiling
- Talent search and development
- Assist in managing the administration and monitoring Company people data and metrics
- Deliver appropriate reports at quarterly Board Meetings
- Data management on employee’s performance management systems,
- Develop competency profiles for all critical roles in the company
- Carry out work study processes for positions leading to accurate manpower budget
- Document , track all KPIs for all jobs and provide data analysis and metrics and report to GHRM,
- Update and ensure all employee have current job descriptions & organograms and report monthly
- Consolidate job descriptions that meet agreed standards for all employees
- Consolidate data input for the Group Incentive schemes
- Consolidate Performance Appraisals across the Group
- Assist the GHRM to develop Individual Development Programmes (IDPs), through driving productivity enhancing training for the Group every quarter
- Assist the GHRM to deliver a Graduate Trainee; career paths, Career Management Mentorship; and Coaching programmes before end of quarter
- Assist the HRMs in driving productivity focused training plans, monitoring implementation and tracking return on investments
- Other duties as required.
The role offered on 12 months renewable contract with salary payment in USD per month.
