The main purpose of this role shall be carrying out digital marketing activities through developing, implementing and managing digital marketing strategies in order to drive the Group’s awareness and visibility in the digital space. 

Reporting to the Group Marketing Executive the main roles and responsibilities of this role will include: 

  • Identifying effective digital media mix to reach a wider audience base for the organization.
  • Driving online following, traffic and engagement and tracking performance.
  • Planning and coordinating a schedule of activities across all digital media platforms and other relevant platforms to expand social media audience.
  • Planning and managing a regular schedule of email marketing activities, to inform and grow client base with relevant and engaging content.
  • Collecting and evaluating customer feedback data to enhance the customer experience.
  • Generating leads, tracking conversion rates and implementing intervention measures as required
  • Staying abreast of new social media trends, web technologies and digital marketing trends and implementing these in developing campaigns and managing ongoing campaigns.
  • Overseeing all aspects of our Marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns.
  • Monitoring and Evaluating all online media campaigns to keep them fresh, relevant and effective.
  • Forecasting marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns and tracking against performance. 

The ideal position holder should possess the following competencies, skills & experience: 

  • A Business Management Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent. Certification(s) in fields related to Digital Marketing, Website Development and/or Website Optimization. A Google Certification is an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years’ hands on and practical experience in a similar role or related environment.
  • Ability to use design software e.g. Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva etc is a must.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google AdWord, Google Analytics, Content Management Systems, Photoshop, InDesign, Facebook, Twitter and Microsoft Office are a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly creative individual with a proven track record of innovation, digital transformation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, proactively across lines of business, and effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Be energized, innovative, and consistent in delivery.
