We are seeking an exceptional mining leader to take full accountability for the performance and profitability of a significant gold-mining operation.
- We want:
- 15+ years’ mining experience
- Proven gold-mining experience – essential
- Open cast mining an – advantage
- Senior leadership experience at GM / Mine Manager / Operations Director level
- Strong production, OPEX, CAPEX & profitability accountability
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary senior teams
- Strong HSE and stakeholder-management capability
- A demonstrable track record of improving production, recovery, costs, and operational performance
- Relevant Mining, Metallurgical, Mechanical Engineering or Geology degree
