Our client, a leading player in the Fast-Paced Banking Sector, is seeking a high caliber Senior Account Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a pivotal role requiring a sophisticated professional who can navigate complex client relationships and drive significant business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess an extensive senior leadership network and a proven track record of managing high-value portfolios across key economic sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management: Act as the primary lead for a portfolio of individual and SME clients, fostering long-term partnerships through expert financial advisory.
- Business Growth: Drive aggressive customer acquisition and deposit mobilization, consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious financial targets.
- Complex Financial Solutions: Utilize your expertise in Financial Structuring and Credit Applications to design bespoke solutions that meet diverse client needs.
- Sector Expertise: Leverage deep market insights to manage clients across Mining, Agriculture, FMCG, and Corporate sectors.
- Portfolio Profitability: Maximize revenue through strategic cross-selling and upselling, ensuring the portfolio remains profitable and robust.
- Risk & Compliance: Maintain absolute adherence to legislative requirements, audits, and operational risk mitigations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5 – 10 years of solid experience in Senior Banking or Relationship Management.
- An exceptional track record of closing high-level deals and achieving consistent sales success.
- A well-established network of senior leadership and decision-maker contacts.
- Demonstrated experience dealing within Corporates, Mining, Agriculture, and/or FMCG.
- Strong proficiency in loan processing, credit management, and financial reporting.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and adept at collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
