A high-impact leadership opportunity exists for a commercially driven Sales Executive Lead to take ownership of a national FMCG portfolio in a fast-moving, competitive environment.
We are seeking a proven deal-maker — a leader who not only sets strategy but actively drives revenue, opens markets, and closes key accounts.
Key Mandate:
- Lead and scale national sales across wholesale, retail, and distribution channels
- Drive aggressive revenue growth in both formal and informal sectors
- Build, manage, and optimise high-performance sales teams
- Strengthen and leverage existing distribution networks while opening new routes to market
- Take full accountability for sales performance and market penetration
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 10 years’ senior sales leadership experience
- Strong background in FMCG or high-volume, high-velocity service sectors
- Demonstrated success in closing large, complex commercial deals
- Deep, practical understanding of both formal retail , wholesale and informal trading environments
- Established relationships across wholesale and retail networks
- Hands-on leadership style — leads from the front, not from the sidelines
