We are seeking a proven deal-maker — a leader who not only sets strategy but actively drives revenue, opens markets, and closes key accounts.

Key Mandate:

  • Lead and scale national sales across wholesale, retail, and distribution channels
  • Drive aggressive revenue growth in both formal and informal sectors
  • Build, manage, and optimise high-performance sales teams
  • Strengthen and leverage existing distribution networks while opening new routes to market
  • Take full accountability for sales performance and market penetration

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 10 years’ senior sales leadership experience
  • Strong background in FMCG or high-volume, high-velocity service sectors
  • Demonstrated success in closing large, complex commercial deals
  • Deep, practical understanding of both formal retail , wholesale and informal trading environments
  • Established relationships across wholesale and retail networks
  • Hands-on leadership style — leads from the front, not from the sidelines
