Deputy Chairperxon – Shaping the Future!
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Deputy Chairman to join our client’s Board – ZSE Listed at a time of growth and transformation.
This role offers a chance to work alongside the Chairman and senior leaders to guide strategy, governance, and impact.
We seek a mature executive who brings a wealth of non-executive experience, strong independent thinking, and the ability to foster collaboration and innovation at board level.
You should have served as a non-executive director over the past 10 years across the ZSE Listed Companies.
You will:
- Partner with the Chairman to ensure the Board operates effectively and strategically.
- Provide constructive challenge and fresh perspectives on key issues.
- Help drive strong governance and accountability.
- Champion our values, culture, and stakeholder relationships.

- Skilled in governance, risk oversight, and strategy.
