This senior and exciting role would suit an astute, well-seasoned Sales and Marketing Executive or Director with the appropriate experience to lead the division working closely with the Managing Director and other Executives at Head Office.
Your level of experience should already be at leadership level to lead the team with handling high worth clients and customers as required.
The role requires the successful person to
- Develop the commercial strategy and oversees strategy execution.
- Prepare and drive attainment of sales budgets in terms of revenue, volumes, and gross margins.
- Measure performance and draw up corrective action plans.
- Determines the operating framework for commercial activities.
- Manage the commercial division with operational and capital expenditure
- Form strategic partnerships with customers.
- Benchmark performance against peer companies and the best in class.
- Makes pricing decisions as required.
- Provide input into the overall company strategic plans.
Person specifications
You must hold relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales and Marketing, Business Management or alike
Proven record of accomplishments at senior management level with experience covering sales, business development and operations management.
Strong Leadership and sound business judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, and people management skills.
A strategic, creative, and analytical mind, sound numerical and IT skills, good decision making and problem-solving abilities, expert negotiator, strong relationship building, leadership project management, customer focused and commercial acumen.
