This senior position is highly pressured and will be based at Head Office in Harare
The role of the Logistics Manager is not just important, it’s pivotal to their operations. We’re looking for a successful individual who can efficiently and effectively manage the company’s procurement, logistical imports, and shipping requirements for the consumable products required. Your contribution will be key to their continued growth and success.
The successful person will be supported by a robust administration system, ensuring the shipment program conforms with local customs and import documentation procedures for entry and clearance into Zimbabwe. You will manage the administration system with payments, shipping, clearing, and the logistical arrival of goods. You must have excellent negotiation skills in selecting transportation methods and other fees with carriers in road, rail, and sea transportation.
Candidates should hold a recognised degree with 5 years-experience, be multi-skilled, and retain a broad management background in logistics, covering procurement, import, customs clearing, and shipping procedures.
