The principled client holds conservation priorities above monetary pro‑t, which will always be utilised towards its overall goals and objectives as a wildlife conservancy. An anti-poaching and general scouting team operates 24/7 across the Conservancy. The lodges are world-class, off­ering clients a discerning encounter and magical adventure in the African wildlife experience. 

The role would suit a partnership or couple with interchangeable skills required to manage the daily responsibilities in food and operational amenities management as required by the lodge. You must be capable without any doubt to provide 5-star cuisine at a silver service standard. You must hold a diploma/degree from a recognised international culinary school/academy or similar with wine knowledge certification. Your career to date must be well recognised across and include 5-star lodges, hotels, and restaurants from local, regional, and global players. The role of the Chef and Premier Lodge Manager abilities significantly impact on its appeal to attract returning and new global clients, and therefore international operational standards are a must. The lodge and facilities are the epitome of elegance, and sophistication for wealthy clients. Due to the location of the Lodge and Conservancy, in the past it has been proven that their employment success in retaining skills is driven from married couples or co-habiting partners in supportive relationships.
