- Micro- and macro-economic awareness
- Business Intelligence and trend analyses.
- Input into functional planning.
- Functional process optimization.
Identify departmental improvement initiatives - Oversee Policy Management
- Quality Assurance Management
- ISO management system
- Implement cost control systems
- Departmental & Plant Budgeting
- Departmental and Plant Level Working Capital Management
- Capex Management.
- Internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Competency Management
- Performance Management
- Succession Planning and Development
Qualifications and Knowledge
- Degree in Engineering – Chemistry/ Quality Management
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in quality management environment, health and safety management systems
